In this video, I will share with you my tips on how to read one book a week for the rest of the year! Reading a book a week is not as hard as it may seem, but you need to set goals and implement some behaviors that can help you improve your reading speed and concentration. I’ll share some tips on how to read faster and I’ll tell you what worked and what didn’t work for me.
What I do know is that reading a book a week is changing my life already. It helps me to calm down and to step away from stress and from what may seem urgent, but often isn’t really important.
